Caramel Orange Date Entremet
Sticky date sponge is infused with honey rotab dates and layered with a creamy orange cremeux, caramel mousse, salted caramel ganache and a glossy caramel glaze for a dessert rich in texture and flavour.
Pandan Onde-Onde Cake
With its distinct green hue and caramel-like sweetness, our Pandan Onde-Onde cake consists of delicate layers infused with the essence of pandan leaves and a luscious filling made from coconut and gula melaka.
Each cake is priced at MYR168 nett and will be ready for pre-order on March 14, 2024. Cakes must be ordered at least three days in advance and have a shelf-life of five days. Delivery* can be arranged with costs borne by the purchaser.
