Hotel Meetings & Private Dining
The RuMa offers a variety of spaces that are available for all imaginable corporate or social events.
On the mezzanine floor, two adjacent meeting rooms, Bilik I & II, are ideal for private dining events and a fully equipped boardroom, Bilik III is perfect for business meetings.
On the 6th floor, SANTAI Pool Bar and Lounge boasts 380 m² of open-air, sun-lit space. The Pavilion pre-function and meeting room with kitchen offer 66 m² and 75 m², respectively, and can be used separately or together. Meanwhile, the Board Room on floor 6A proposes a further 46 m² of space; all rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual technology.
A dedicated events manager is on hand to assist with any event personalisation, be it specially curated menus, space design and audio-visual assistance.
Note: In accordance with the 2020 Economic Stimulus Package, all meetings and events held between March 1, 2020 to August 31, 2020 will be exempted from a 6% Sales and Service Tax. This exemption is also applicable for all other services provided by the hotel (excluding third party services).
