Terms and Conditions:

  • Limited rooms available daily on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Stays must be redeemed within 3 months of booking.
  • Room and Heritage Walking Tour reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance. Tours run on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. If unavailable, RM200 dining credit will be provided for 2 guests.
  • Dining credits are valid during the stay and include alcoholic beverages (excluding bottled spirits and promotional items).
  • Unused dining credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotions or seasonal menus.
  • Foot massage bookings at The RuMa's UR Spa require 48 hours’ notice and are unavailable on weekends.
  • Blackout dates apply.
  • Dining credits cannot be shared across rooms for bookings of more than two rooms.
  • Full prepayment is required; all payments are non-refundable.
