ATAS invites guests to rediscover the soul of Malaysian cuisine through dishes that are thoughtfully prepared, artfully plated, and rooted in the warm hospitality of The RuMa.

Curated by Executive Chef Suhalmi Tasir, the new menu is a celebration of time-honoured recipes, expressive flavours, and contemporary technique. From slow-braised Beef Rib Rendang Tok and Laksam Kelantan to reimagined classics like the Bubur Cha-Cha Parfait, each plate reflects Malaysia’s diverse culinary identity, elevated with care and intention.
