The RuMa offers a thoughtfully curated collection of spaces for corporate and social occasions of all scales. From intimate meetings and private dining to larger celebrations and parties, our Meeting and Event venues can host up to 140 guests, depending on the event format.
Our dedicated events team is on hand to assist with every detail — from customised menus and spatial planning to audio-visual requirements — ensuring each meeting or event is executed seamlessly, with ease and intention.
Purpose-Built Meeting Rooms
Located on the mezzanine floor, the Bilik meeting rooms offer a more traditional and intimate setting for focused gatherings. Bilik I and II—two adjacent rooms—are ideal for private dining, conferences, and collaborative meetings, and can be configured as fully equipped boardrooms. Situated on the same floor as ATAS, the space can also be transformed into a full dining venue, accommodating annual dinners and corporate events within an elegant, luxury setting.
On Level 6, Frangipani presents a versatile open-air venue connected to the SANTAI Pool Bar & Lounge. Designed for elevated social experiences, it effortlessly transforms to host celebrations, parties, and social gatherings—where relaxed sophistication meets vibrant energy.
